Meper showed three-layer blow molding machine MP120FD-8 at CHINAPLAS 2026 in Shanghai in April, adopts "PE/PP - PCR recycled layer - PE/PP" structure. 

It ensures uniform and symmetrical wall thickness of each layer through precise parison control system and supports the addition of recycled materials. This equipment, driven by servo hydraulic systems, features simplified structure and low energy consumption. 

The demonstrated 8+8 model produces 1L products with cycle time of 9 seconds and high output of up to 6,400pcs per hour. Currently, this series of models covers sizes ranging from 30ml to over 30L, with the 30L large barrel dual-station model already entering mass production. This equipment is suitable for high-demand packaging fields such as medical, food, daily chemical, and agricultural chemical industries.
